Our architectural design process

There are typically 7 stages of architectural design involved in a design-build of any project. These 7 steps/stages are :

Pre-Design

Our design team should start by meeting the client and determines the overall vision for the project, goals, and needs to be considered

Schematic Design

After establishing goals in Pre-Design, our team can start to develop design options that can be reviewed, modified, and refined.

Design Development

This phase involves finalizing the design with increasingly detailed drawings and specifications such as materials, window and door locations and general structural details.

Contract Documents

This stage aims to create a set of finalized drawings and specifications. These documents convey the functional, aesthetic, and performative intent of the project to the contractor.

Bidding

With a finalized set of contract documents, it’s time to select a contractor. The bidding phase will differ depending on your project delivery method.

Follow-up implementation

Supervising all the work that takes place on site in terms of supplying raw materials and following up on implementation details until receipt is complete in accordance with the agreed upon specifications.

Post-Occupancy

We do not cut off our connection with the project once it is delivered to the client, but rather we remain in constant contact with them to follow up on the project’s periodic maintenance work.
